Aries Engineering is looking for an inside sales associate that will assist our Sales team with internal responsibilities as well as handling external communication with customers. The associate will handle customer qualifying, generating quotes, following up on quotes and communicating any relevant new leads and information with the Sales team. Aries Engineering will train the associate on Aries products and services for the associate to properly support current and potentially new customers regarding any questions/inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handles customer qualifying, generating quotes, and quote follow-up.
- Data Entry reporting into QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and update customer profiles/information.
- Assist in answering phones and supporting any relevant inquiries.
- Communicating internally any new leads.
- Assist the Vice President of Sales when needed.
Qualifications:
- Listening, communication & interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone.
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
- Ability to critically think, problem-solve, and multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player but can work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Required (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Authorized to work for an employer in the U.S.
- ERP System experience (QuickBooks, JobBoss Preferred).
Experience:
- Sales (1-3 years) (Preferred).
- Customer Service (1-3 years) (Preferred).
- Manufacturing Industry Experience (Preferred).
